A 55-year-old driver of Skoda Felicia car knocked down two 16-year-old girls at Kazintsa street in Minsk who were crossing the roadway at the non-regulated crosswalk. Also, the Audi A6 knocked down 11-year-old girl on a regulated pedestrian crossing at Mayakouski street, traffic police of Minsk city executive committee.
In the result of the accident the two girls got bruises and scratches and were taken to emergency hospital, while a 22-year-old driver who had hit the child at Mayakouski street, escaped from the accident scene, but his car was found by operatives in the course of investigation activities,»Nasha Niva.»
The offender himself was shortly arrested, too. He turned out to be an inhabitant of Polatsk district, deprived of the right to drive vehicles. The injured girl was hospitalized with a fractured fibula of the left shin.
