Lukashenko Intends to Sell Refineries to Venezuela

In an interview to Argentinian newspaper Diario La Nacion, Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko said that Belarus offers Venezuelans to come to Belarus, refine oil at Belarusian refineries by ourselves, and then sell in Europe. "In the future we plan to privatize our enterprises, including oil refineries, with the Venezuelan capital", — stressed president.

Alexander Lukashenko drew attention to the fact that just over three years trade with Venezuela increased by several dozen times. «The case is the development of oil and gas, residential villages and towns are built, farmers’ collective agricultural enterprises are created, trade develops on all fronts,» — noted the Belarusian leader, adding that Venezuela not only receives Belarusian products, but also enterprises similar to Belarusian are created in Venezuela, TV channel ONT informs.

«We may have good relations with any president of the Latin American. We are very peaceful, predictable, decent people, and when we are talking about — whether it is Latin America, whether Asia, Africa — no matter what country — we always assume, that what should not only take something, but we must also give something these people, «- said president of Belarus.

Speaking on the theme of political life in Belarus,economy, foreign policy, as well as on tourism opportunities of the republic, Alexander Lukashenko invited the reporter to visit Belarus, and verify that it is «the most beautiful, safe country where live very kind people.»
