Lukashenko Expresses His Condolences Over the Terrorist Attacks in Moscow

President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, in the name of Belarusian people and personally expressed his condolences and words of empathy and support to Russia's President, Dmitry Medvedev, to all the relatives and friends of the dead in the issued of the explosions in Moscow metro stations, "Lubyanka" and "Park Kultury". It was reported in the press service of Belarusian leader.

Meanwhile, the U.S. broadcaster, CNN, reported that the responsibility for terrorist attacks in Moscow is assumed by the Chechen separatists. The broadcaster refers to websites close to the extremist.
 
In its turn, the Federal Security Service of Russia also suspects terrorist organizations from the North Caucasus of involvement in explosions in Moscow metro, Korrespondent.net reports. It was announced by Federal Security Service Director, Alexander Bortnikov, at an emergency meeting with the president of Russia.

«According to preliminary version, these terrorist acts were committed by terrorist groups linked to the North Caucasus region. We’ll consider this version as a main, as we’ve found the bodies of two women, suicide bombers, connected to their residence in the North Caucasus», Bortnikov said at the meeting on March 29.
 
According to Bortnikov, the terrorists used RDX for the explosions in Moscow metro, at «Lubyanka» station explosive device was up to four kilograms of TNT, up to two kilograms  — at «Park Kultury».

«According to preliminary findings of technical explosion examination, explosive substance is RDX. In the first case, there were used up to four kilograms of TNT, in the second case — from 1.5 to 2 kilograms,» Bortnikov said.
 
At the same time, he said that the terrorists used such killing agents as bolts and chopped fittings in their bombs.

As Telegraf previously reported, as a result of two explosions in Moscow metro — occurred on Monday morning, March 29, — a total death toll is 35 to 37 people, 61 passenger more were injured, and about a half of the victims are in hospital in serious condition.
