Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko demands to severely restore order to prevent further possible cases similar to the explosion at "Kastrychnitskaya" subway station in Minsk on April 11. He said this on May 6 at the meeting on the progress of investigation into the Minsk Subway explosion.

«I want to draw attention of all heads of all agencies, organizations, factories, plants: keep it all in order! Working time should be given to work. No hanging out, etc.,» said Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA informs.

Addressing the State Secretary of the Security Council, Leonid Maltsev, Alexander Lukashenko said: «We have agreed that decisions should be taken immediately in case of mismanagement, confusion in the public sector, public and private administrations.»

«Investigations of a terrorist act and other criminal cases have shown weaknesses in the Belarusian society, said the head of state. — This is extreme disorder if a man could easily leave work, having picked up bulbs and fixtures, and then go testing explosive devices in the woods. And no one saw. All this must be stopped.»

«We have the experience of Andropov from the Soviet times (Soviet statesman and political leader Yuri Andropov, served as chairman of the KGB from 1967 to 1982 — Telegraf).»No matter if anybody wants it or not, but we should this way make everyone work,» Alexander Lukashenko added.

According to the President, the society has another negative trend. «We operate at low pressure, half-time. We give half of what must be given, but want to live well. It’s not the case,» he said.

«Please, make everybody work, stressed Alexander Lukashenko. — Otherwise we’ll lift the hands in dismay and shout: Let’s now restore order in society.»

The analysis of the situation at the factory, where the accused worked, shows the evil practice of mismanagement, protectionism, indifference, alienation of leaders from people and weak human and ideological work. All of this together creates a breeding ground for the emergence and formation of anti-social attitudes and ideas, said Alexander Lukashenko.

The country has everything from the regulatory framework, advanced electronic technologies and telecommunications networks up to specialized units to provide the conditions for every citizen can feel calm at any time and in any situation, the President said.

«That is we have the whole package of measures, as well as the regulatory framework, so why and where all this complex fails to work?» — Head of State said, adding that «solutions are needed not only to investigate the crime, but also to create in practice an effective system of measures to ensure the safety of citizens.»

«The perpetrators of the explosion were charged, while a number of criminal cases were instituted against the officials, who were to have prevented the tragedy,» the president recalled.

Addressing the participants of the meeting, Alexander Lukashenko said that «today we need to get answers to other questions related to this bloody crime.» «But the main work should be done to prevent similar things in the future,» concluded the head of state.

As Telegraf previously reported, 14 people died and more than 200 people received injuries of varying severity in an explosion in Minsk subway on April 11. Law enforcement authorities have detained several suspects, two of them, the inhabitants of Vitsebsk, have been indicted.
