This was reported by Chief Scientific Officer Arkadi Ivanov.

«The concentration of volcanic dust clouds is extremely small, so there’s no threat to either the environment or the aircraft,» he said, BelTA informs.

According to Telegraf, Icelandic Volcano Grimsvotn erupted on May 21 and fell silent. Air traffic was disrupted in several European countries for a few days because of the plume of volcanic ash.
