Lukashenko Does Not Deserve Full Confidence, Shevardnadze

Former president of Georgia, Eduard Shevardnadze, considers as insincere relations between his successor, Mikheil Saakashvili, and the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko. According to him, "Lukashenko does not deserve full confidence". He stated about this in an interview to Tbilisi independent newspaper Asaval-Dasavali.

«The fact of the meeting is not so bad by itself but Lukashenko is playing. Firstly, Lukashenko has played with the West, irritating Russia. Then they made peace», Eduard Shevardnadze said, Belarus partisan informs.

As Telegraf reported earlier, during his visit to Ukraine Alexander Lukashenko met with his Georgian counterpart, Mikheil Saakashvili. The presidents discussed a number of political and economic issues between the countries. The heads of states noted with satisfaction that «civic groups of Belarus and Georgia, the youth and businessmen deepen the dialogue».
