The Russian government transmitted to the State Duma the intergovernmental agreement with Belarus on mutual surrender of property and lease of the 16,32 hectares estates. According to the contract, the Russian party will receive the estates in Minsk and the Minsk Voblast.
In turn, Belarus will receive in ownership the estates in Krasnaya Polyana, Adlersky City District, Krasnodar Krai. Besides, the Administrative office of the president of Belarus will obtain a 49-year lease of sanatoria «White Rus» and «Belarus», and also the estates which are in perpetuity of these institutions and are situated in Maysky, Tuapsinsky District, Krasnodar Krai and in Sochi, Krasnodar Krai of Russia, RIA Novosti informs.
The agreement was signed on May, 28th, 2009 in Minsk. Its aim is to establish the legal grounds for mutual surrender of property and lease of the estates.
